Paintings, sculptures, ceramics and drawings from students of Conard High School and Hall High School in West Hartford, Connecticut. The show, located in the Gallery of the West Hartford Public Library, was scheduled to run the entire month of March 2020, but closed after just two weeks, due to coronavirus concerns.
The show is sponsored by the National Art Education Association and features work by students in grades 9-12 who are part of the National Art Honor Society (NAHS).
The purpose of NAHS is to bring community awareness to art programs and to recognize student achievement in the visual arts. NAHS members initiate service projects in their schools and in the community. Jessica Fallis, Brigid Kennedy, and Rob Loebell are advisors for the NAHS at Conard and Hall High school.
